SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

30-Day Access

The 30-Day Access option is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Access ends automatically after 30 days.

Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Subscription renews automatically every month using the payment method provided at checkout, until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges. Your access will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

Payments for a subscription period that has already started are not normally refunded. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Dutch or European law.

How to cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link in your account or subscription emails. You may also request cancellation by emailing viola.belksma@equinl.com before your next renewal date.

Please include the name and email address used for your order. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has been processed apply to the following billing period.
